Due to the delicate and valuable nature of jewelry products, we follow a strict Return & Refund Policy.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

Refunds

  • Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Customized, personalized, or worn jewelry items are not eligible for return or refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
